No complains at all, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return. The breakfast is savoury with very good coffee, an excellent juicer, vegetables, had everything you could imagine. The location is magnificent, just next door to cafes, restaurants and shops, and all the good bars.

A fair review, pros and cons
The breakfast was delicious , featuring tasty smoothies and a juice station that was a hit with family. Noticed great staff friendliness and a convenient parking situation.
Limited air conditioning left the room uncomfortably warm , and the gym had insufficient equipment that disappointed fitness enthusiasts.

The hotel was better than I was expecting!!Rooms are big enough, bathroom is modern, breakfast was perfect and so rich!!The hotel is close to spodek arena & the centre too,and that was perfect for me,since I went there to watch women's eurobasket..The cleaniness is great and I think I would stay there again...but I can't find a reason to take me to katowice again...!!Anyway,i recommend it if u want a high standard room for a low price.
The prices at the bar and the restaurant are a bit high, comparing to the prices u can find in the city and in Poland in general..That's all

We, indulging in the amazing breakfast with fresh juices and a good selection of fruits. Having our pet with us was easy, and the spacious room allowed us to bond together perfectly.
My wife says that longer pool hours would be great for families.

Location is pretty convenient. Parking has enough places for cars. The breakfast is more than OK.
The bed for two people were too small. Room for handicapped people (superior level) was worse than normal one (missing couch, less spacious).

This hotel was amazin! The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast spread was really good, loved the fresh juice makin station. The room was clean and comfy, perfect for my family. We also enjoyed the little treats they left for the kids.
the pool hours could've been longer for my kids to enjoy, and the fitness center had limited equipment which was kinda disappointing.

The city Katowice is not really a good tourist destination. We booked the hotel because we wanted to see auschwitz, but the city has really little to offer.

Very nice hotel, with a good location and pleasent staff.
The pillows were impossibly big and very uncomfortable. The alternate pillows were far too small and also uncomfortable. The main purpose of a hotel is a good night’s sleep, with these pillows it was not ideal. The breakfast wasn’t great, event the simple English breakfast was terrible. Could do much better. Apart from these two point the stay was very pleasant.

The breakfast was extraordinary, with a diverse selection that included good fruit preserves. The water refill station was a convenient touch, promoting sustainability. Pool hours were quite limited, disappointing for my family, as the kids looked forward to swimming. While the room was comfortable, we struggled a bit with the air conditioning, especially on warmer days. Despite these setbacks, the overall experience was pleasant and provided good value for the area.
